How great are stencils

I had forgotten about using a stencil to mark designs while quilting. Mostly I do freedom work and create as I go depending on the design and fabric.

Recently I needed a design to fill an area, I looked amongst my stencils and found one that suited.

I then used a chalk pounce to mark the lines

Very successful, I thought.
