Interesting quilting

I have been working on a very interesting round robin quilt for a client. A round robin is a quilt that starts with a medallion centre usually done by the owner. The quilt is then passed around the group of 6 or so quilters and each adds a border to each of the other’s quilt top. At the end, everyone receives a completed quilt top – that’s where I come in! This is the second of this particular round robin group that I have quilted.

It is very bright in colour with lots of patterns, quite a few Kaffe fabrics. Quite a challenge, which I enjoy. Rather compete with the pattern in the yellow border, I decided to enhance it by quilting on the design lines, very effective I think. Here is a section, the quilting is nearly done and I am quite pleased with it.
